كتب القائد/ مالك عقار – نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة الإنتقالي:

اود ان اطمئن الجميع بأن السيد رئيس مجلس السيادة الانتقالي بخير وبأنه قد اكمل واجبه بتخريج دفعة الضباط في منطقة جبيت واكماله لزيارته الي مدينة جبيت.
ان محاولات الارهابيين وحلفائهم لم ولن تنجح وسنمضي بشعبنا الي النصر ببسالة و بلا تردد.

I would like to assure everyone that the president of the transitional Sovereignty Council is well and has completed his duty to graduate the batch of officers from the Jabait military training area, the President of three council has completed his visit to the city of Jabait.

The attempts of the terrorists and their allies have not and will not succeed and we will proceed to lead our people bravely to victory and without hesitation.

May God protect Sudan and the people of Sudan
