في ظل التدهور الأمني الخطير الذي تشهده العاصمة الليبية طرابلس نتيجة المواجهات المسلحة بين تشكيلات عسكرية محلية، أطلق عدد من اللاعبين الأجانب المحترفين في الأندية الليبية نداءات استغاثة عاجلة إلى سلطات بلدانهم، مطالبين بالتدخل السريع لإجلائهم وضمان سلامتهم.
وأكد اللاعبون في رسائل متداولة أنهم يعيشون حالة من الهلع والخوف، بعدما أصبحت أماكن إقامتهم على مقربة من مناطق الاشتباكات العنيفة، ما جعل التنقل أو مغادرة مساكنهم أمرًا بالغ الخطورة.
وأشار بعضهم إلى أنهم حاولوا التواصل مع سفارات بلادهم دون أن يتلقوا ردودًا واضحة حتى الآن، وسط تصاعد التوترات الأمنية وتفاقم الأوضاع على الأرض
Amid the severe security deterioration in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, caused by armed clashes between local military groups, a number of foreign professional footballers playing for Libyan clubs have launched urgent appeals to their home governments, calling for immediate intervention to evacuate them and ensure their safety.
The players stated in circulated messages that they are living in a state of panic and fear, as their residences are now dangerously close to the areas of intense fighting, making it extremely risky to move or leave their accommodations.
Some of them mentioned they had tried to contact their embassies but received no clear responses so far, as tensions continue to escalate and the situation on the ground worsens.
