مفوضية العون الإنساني بالشمالية والجهاز القومي لتشغيل الخريجين يوقّعان مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون

HAC Northern State and National Graduate Employment Authority Sign MoU to Strengthen Cooperation
بحضور وتشريف الأستاذة منال مكاوي إبراهيم، أمين عام أمانة الشؤون الاجتماعية بالولاية، ومفوض العون الإنساني بالولاية الشمالية، الدكتور وائل محمد شريف، ومدير إدارة المنظمات، الأستاذ خيري طه، والمستشار القانوني للمفوضية، مولانا عصام الدين عبد الله، والأستاذة خالدة عبد الله الطاهر، المدير التنفيذي للجهاز القومي لتشغيل الخريجين بالولاية، وعدد من ممثلي الجهاز، وقّعت مفوضية العون الإنساني بالولاية الشمالية والجهاز القومي لتشغيل الخريجين، اليوم، مذكرة تفاهم تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المشترك بين الجانبين في المجالات ذات الصلة ببرامج تشغيل الخريجين وتأهيلهم.
ووقّعت المذكرة عن المفوضية نائبة المفوض، الأستاذة تسنيم الصادق، وعن الجهاز المدير التنفيذي للجهاز بالولاية، الأستاذة خالدة عبد الله الطاهر.
وتفتح المذكرة المجال أمام تنفيذ برامج ومبادرات مشتركة تستهدف الخريجين من أبناء المجتمعات المستضيفة والنازحين بالمعسكرات، لدعم فرصهم في العمل وإشراكهم في البرامج والمشروعات الإنسانية والتنموية، بما يسهم في بناء قدرات الشباب وتعزيز دورهم في خدمة المجتمع ودعم جهود التنمية بالولاية الشمالية.

وأكد الدكتور وائل محمد شريف أهمية تعزيز الشراكات مع المؤسسات المعنية بتمكين الخريجين، مشيراً إلى حرص المفوضية على دعم المبادرات التي تسهم في بناء قدرات الشباب وتوسيع فرص مشاركتهم في العمل الإنساني والتنموي.

وفي المقابل، أعربت الأستاذة خالدة عبد الله الطاهر عن شكر الجهاز لمفوضية العون الإنساني على اهتمامها بالخريجين، ولدورها الإنساني بالولاية الشمالية.

In the presence and under the patronage of Ms. Manal Makkawi Ibrahim, Secretary-General of the State Secretariat of Social Affairs; Dr. Wael Mohammed Sharif, Commissioner of the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) in Northern State; Mr. Khairy Taha, Director of Organizations; Moulana Essam Al-Din Abdalla, HAC Legal Advisor; Ms. Khalida Abdalla Al-Taher, State Executive Director of the National Graduate Employment Authority; and a number of the Authority’s representatives, HAC in Northern State and the National Graduate Employment Authority signed a memorandum of understanding today, aimed at strengthening cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides in fields related to graduate employment and qualification programmes.
The MoU was signed on behalf of HAC by Deputy Commissioner Ms. Tasneem Al-Sadig, and on behalf of the Authority by its State Executive Director, Ms. Khalida Abdalla Al-Taher.
The MoU opens the way for joint programmes and initiatives targeting graduates from host communities and displaced graduates in the camps, to support their employment opportunities and involve them in humanitarian and development programmes and projects, contributing to building the capacities of young people and strengthening their role in serving the community and supporting development efforts in Northern State.
Dr. Wael Mohammed Sharif stressed the importance of strengthening partnerships with institutions concerned with empowering graduates, noting HAC’s commitment to supporting initiatives that build the capacities of young people and expand their opportunities to participate in humanitarian and development work.
For her part, Ms. Khalida Abdalla Al-Taher expressed the Authority’s thanks to HAC for its interest in graduates and for its humanitarian role in Northern Statetform
