طبيبة سودانية تتصدر قائمة “عظماء أمريكا” لعام 2026 وتقود شركة ذكاء اصطناعي بقيمة 1.65 مليار دولار
في إنجاز جديد يبعث على الفخر، اختيرت الدكتورة إيمان أبو زيد ضمن قائمة “المهاجرون العظماء.. الأمريكيون العظماء لعام 2026″، التي تمنحها مؤسسة كارنيجي للمهاجرين الذين أحدثوا أثرًا استثنائيًا في الولايات المتحدة من خلال الابتكار والقيادة.
بدأت رحلتها من السودان، ونشأت في المملكة العربية السعودية، ثم درست الطب في لندن، قبل أن تتخذ قرارًا جريئًا بتغيير مسارها من ممارسة الطب إلى إعادة ابتكار النظام الصحي عبر التكنولوجيا.
أسست مع شريكها شركة Incredible Health، التي أصبحت واحدة من أكبر شركات التكنولوجيا الصحية في الولايات المتحدة، وبلغت قيمتها السوقية 1.65 مليار دولار، لتدخل نادي شركات “اليونيكورن”.
واليوم، تخدم منصتها أكثر من 1.5 مليون ممرض وممرضة، وتتعاون مع نحو 1500 مستشفى ومنشأة صحية، كما طورت أدوات تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريع التوظيف ودعم الكوادر الصحية، في نموذج غيّر طريقة التوظيف في القطاع الصحي الأمريكي.
وقالت إيمان أبو زيد إن جذورها السودانية شكّلت شخصيتها ورسخت لديها الإيمان بالعدالة وتكافؤ الفرص، مؤكدة أن النجاح الحقيقي يبدأ برؤية واضحة ورسالة لا تتغير، حتى وإن تغيرت الوسائل.
